I have a technical error while updating the theme, my current version is 7.0.4 and I want to update to the latest version of the theme.However, during the update process, an error occurred with the following message: “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.
I tried searching for this error on the forum and I saw that one person had the same error as me, but the support team fixed it for him using some FTP method (I’m not very familiar with it). I have already purchased the License Key for this theme, and I would like to ask the technical department to update me to the latest version because I really don’t know how to fix the above error. I hope the technical department will support me during this update process.
My website is currently working normally, so I cannot let the technical department join. I would like to send a compressed file containing all the database and source code of my website to the editing department. After the update is complete, please send me the source code file as a compressed .zip file

Another second question, please look at my 2 pictures below, I use the editor Elementor according to the required theme configuration, but why is the interface of each side so different? Each image below is an individual website and uses the same Elementor editor, but why are the interfaces on both sides different? Is it because of the version, one side is the old version and the other side is the new version? Can you explain it to me?

Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Yes, we request to provide full access to the admin area and we will switch to the parent and deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme. You can try once more on your own.
