Error when activate the theme

Hi,
when i try to activate theme there is an error: Warning: include_once(widgets/class-wp-nav-menu-widget.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ……./wp-content/themes/basel/inc/widgets.php on line 15
The website completely crashes.
Hope you can help me this issue.

This error means that some files are missed or probably the theme was not uploaded properly. We suggest you reupload all theme files to be sure that there are no any missed ones.
