Error when add to cart the cross-sell product

Hi! how are you? I’m facing an issue when I’m trying to add to cart a cross-sell product to the cart. The cross-sell product is replacing the original product.

I watched the video you attached. Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the cart and the crossells are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
