Error when adding video to products

    I’ve experience an issue when adding a video to a particular product (works on some other products)

    When adding the video, it disappears from the video container within woocommerce after updating page.

    Strange as on another product, it adds without any issues.

    Which type of video do you want to add in the product like from the media library, youtube link or from vimeo?

    It’s an MP4 video, I’ve successfully added it to another product but I struggle to add it to the actual product.

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you. Also change the child theme to parent theme.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Sometimes additional code customization in child themes can cause the issue. Temporary switch to parent theme and check the issue.
