    I get this error when I click to open an abandoned cart:

    Ensure you are running the latest version of the WoodMart core plugin. If it doesn’t help, send us your admin access so we can check.

    You need to update the WoodMart core plugin to the latest version too. You can do this in WoodMart -> Plugins.

    Thanks, it solved the problem to update the Woodmart core plugin.

    Do I have to update llike that every time when I update the theme? Both under appearance -> themes and under Woodmard -> Plugins?

    Yes, WoodMart core plugin always needs to be updated.
