Error when disabling Maintenance Mode

Hi, as my topic suggests i get the following error after trying to disable the Maintenance mode

Never mind i fixed it, by increasing php execution time.

hi as i mentioned above i fixed this issue, but after applying the latest patch i noticed that in the site title now it appears the % symbol.
also that issue it appears only in the home page, if you navigate to any other page the % symbol it disappears

I created the a new home page, as the issue was happening only on the home page.
