Error when finishing the purchase with shipping address different from billing

A customer has called me telling me that he did not show how to put the shipping address other than the billing and checking is true, leaves for a moment the option for a different address and disappears with what can not directly add another address to the shipment at the end of the purchase, I urgently need to solve this problem because customers do not finish the purchase if they have problems for the data.
