error when sending mail to finalize purchase

I am communicating since I have a problem with the page and I would need support to solve it.
The drawback would be that, at the end of the purchase, the email does not reach the owner of the page configured in woocommerce and neither does the email reach the buyer.
I need to fix this as soon as possible, since I need to start the web operation.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

The server is not … Otherwise the contact form would not work either. I would think that is the issue.
In this case, how would we handle ourselves if the theme is failing ??? would you take care of solving it? it never happened to me.

Have you checked this with any other theme?
Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for switching to any default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I have inserted the contact form by means of the shortcode: https://gyazo.com/c7e12a2fa80ac3ce197c0aa7a64d736a I have tested and no mail has been got, I inserted my mail into the form, now I have inserted your mail back and saved it.
The issue is caused on the server-side, please contact the host support.
