Error when updating Woodmart 8.0

Hello.
I have followed the steps here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/ but still cannot update my theme to the most current version. I’m getting this error:

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

Hello,

It might be caused by wrong permissions to files and folders on your server. If you can’t do the automatic update, you can do this manually as shown in our documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

I uploaded the correct file, but a different error appeared. I noticed that Woodmart has an auto-update feature, but why it doesn’t work on my website?

Yes, we see the same error. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask what the error is to understand the issue better.
Or you can upload the theme using FTP or your hosting control panel file manager.
