Error while update woodmart theme

I’m getting an error while update the theme. this is the error: Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I follow the same path for solving the error. But I’m getting the same error again. why?

I followed this path: Reactivated the theme using the purchase code again and then try the update theme again. But in vain its still not working. Please guide me through.
