Error While Updating Theme

Cant update theme i get the following error.

but now i cant activate the theme. I get the following error.

Try to apply that solution now and let us know if it works. Note that you need to remove your old activation first in your account.

i tried that but when i got to 3rd step i couldn’t activate the theme, i have removed all the activations.
