Error with MegaMenu

I have one problem creating Mega menus.

In menu panel, I dont see in any category the theme fields like in the picture of below.

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please ask the hosting providers to set the "php_max_input_vars" value to 5000 or above then check back.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Still without leaving the fields to be able to create mega menus that are the ones that appear in video 6 of your channel called (custom fields for the theme), those fields do not appear on my page.

What you have activated for me are all these in the screenshot but they are not used to create mega menus.

Is there any solution for me to get the custom fields for the theme?

Please check it now. Actually, you are using the old version of the WP. I have updated the WP version to 5.4.2 now the menu all fields are showing fine.
