    Good afternoon,

I’ve created my website using the Woodmart template at the following domain: https://aguabendita.pe/. Once I completed the website and started uploading products, I encountered an issue. When trying to access certain products, such as this one: https://aguabendita.pe/producto/toalla-bou-numen/, the product keeps loading indefinitely. Eventually, it either goes blank or gives me a 503 error.

I’ve also noticed this issue occasionally occurs when attempting to access a category, although it seems to happen sporadically in the case of categories.

I deactivated all plugins, leaving only Woocommerce active, and the problem persisted. So, I decided to activate a different template other than Woodmart, and the error was immediately resolved.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    Hello,

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

I have also noticed that in the backend > Products, when I try to switch to the second pagination to continue viewing the products, it throws a server error 503. You can see it in the URL of the attached image.

    Hello,

500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help with this question.

Here is an article that may help you understand the error better http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a critical issue I am facing with my website, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

As mentioned in my initial comment:

I’ve created my website using the Woodmart template at the following domain: https://aguabendita.pe/. Once I completed the website and started uploading products, I encountered an issue. When trying to access certain products, such as this one: https://aguabendita.pe/producto/toalla-bou-numen/, the product keeps loading indefinitely. Eventually, it either goes blank or gives me a 503 error.

Additionally, I’ve observed that this issue occasionally occurs when trying to access a category, although it seems to happen sporadically in the case of categories.

Furthermore, this problem arises when I go to my admin backend > products and navigate to the second pagination (as indicated by the 503 error in the second comment I added in this post).

I have deactivated all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce active, and the issue persists. So, I decided to switch to a different template than Woodmart, and the error was immediately resolved. Therefore, I deduce that the error is located within Woodmart.

If you log in to http://www.aguabendita.pe with the access credentials I provided, go to Woodmart > Status, you can see that I meet all the requested requirements and more.

To rule out a server error, I contacted my service provider, and they provided the following response:

“Dear Client, Application is constantly hitting CPU limit. Please test with disabling plugins one by another and test after every plugin disabled. Also, it seems to be on some pages only. If this is the case, please also clear cache from admin panel.”

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as it is the only thing remaining for me to finalize the website. I’ll be vigilant for any inquiries or help you might need to address this case.

Thank you for your prompt attention and support.

    Good afternoon,

I’ve submitted the requested video, where I’ve added detailed text notes since English is not my native language, and it’s challenging for me to speak it in a video about the issue. After deactivating all plugins and leaving only WooCommerce to rule out the possibility of it being a plugin-related problem, I explain in detail where the errors persist. Towards the end of the video, I demonstrate how deactivating Woodmart and replacing it with another template immediately resolves the issue.

I desperately need help to correct this problem, as my client is pressing me on this matter, and it’s the only thing left to complete the website.

If you could provide a more specific response on which aspect to address, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you for your assistance.
