Error with woocommerce password recovery

We’ve got a problem with the woocommerce password recovery token, it says something like “this token is for another user”
We’re working with woodmart and only necessary plugins, we’ve tried with default theme and is working,
Can you help us fixing that?

At the same time, I have not got the mail for the password restoring, however, our theme does not influence that, please contact host support, and check if mails are sent.
