Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and let us know where exactly you see this error on your website. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

In Woocommerce < Settings < Tool < Log

If you go to Product the test product 3 for example in product variations impossible for it to register… you can do a test to check.

We don’t see this error in the WooCommerce logs at the moment.
Also, could you please record a short video of what is wrong with product variations so we can test this?

Try to switch to the parent theme and test how it works. The problem may be caused by some custom code in the child theme.

Indeed, it’s a code in function.php yet it’s an optimization code to clean the trash.
