Errors: question marks instead pics with elementor

when I imported the base data than everywhere are blue boxes with questions marks also when I tried to remove them and upload the templates section new it is not working. I installed already classic widgets and deactivated a lot of plug ins. also I deactivated and activated lazy load and of course I tired to delete the cache. but nothing helps. can you help please?
