Estimate delivery date not showing on mobile version

    take a look. I am sending you the site in the private content. On desktop estimated delivery date is visible, and on mobile – not.

    In responsive settings in elementor everything is fine – the element is not hidden on mobile.

    Yes I did, but now I see I only see it on safari browser, and on Chrome browser it is not visible. Can you tell me why is that?

    Now it seems to be visible both on desktop and mobile devices. It means that it was a caching issue on your website.

    Sorry but it is not visible anywhere. I already did below things:
    1. delete the element from elementor
    2. purged lightspeed cache
    3. added element once again to elementor
    4. purged cache again
    5. opened in incognito mode:
    a) desktop: safari, chrome.
    b) mobile: safari, chrome.

    and it is not visible anywhere

    Could you please disable all caches on your website completely? Also, contact hosting provider and ask to disable page cache on the server if any.

    Yes I did it already. Also I confirmed with hosting there is no cache from server side. I am sending div from the product page where you can find some info about the estimate delivery. It is placed in element or between separator and EAN code.

    We need to have access to the root folder where WordPress is installed. It should contain folders wp-content, wp-admin and wp-includes.

    Hello,

    You can fix it by applying patch # 617609. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    It seems to be fine on this site. But there is another site where I am experiencing same problem and I already done everything I did on the first site, including patch installation. Take a look in extra info.

    Yes, you are right. I did not instal the right patch. Now it is installed. I cleared cache. Turn on web browser in incognito mode, and still delivery date is not visible and it should be under the add to basket button.
