Estimate delivery not showing up

I am not sure why but I created a single product layout and added the estimate delivery widget below the add to cart button. I am able to see the date normally when I am logged in but it is not visible for anyone unless you are logged in.
Why do you think this can be….I am attaching a link and a screenshot

Please try leaving this field empty — doing so will apply the rule to all available shipping zones and methods, allowing the delivery estimate to appear.
