Estimate delivery not working in product page

    Hi !

    I created a design for simple products, there I added estimate delivery, everything works great but.

    For the estimate delivery to be visible in the product page, a product (any product) has to be added in to cart, after that, I refresh the page and the estimate delivery is visible.

    Is this the default/expected behavior ? If not, could you please guide me to where/what I should check ?

    I tried to uninstall all plugins, move from sub-theme to main theme and this is still happening.
