Estimated Delivery “Buy to”

Does Estimated Delivery have option to display anywhere something like :

Buy untill 5PM to receive tomorrow? or something like this ? like now it is displaying only a day month i would like to inform people what is deadline hour to buy so they can get package tomorrow
