Estimated Delivery Dates On Product Page

I have turned on the above and set my delivery methods and timescales.

If I go to the product page, the estimated delivery dates does not sure, when i add a product to the cart, and refresh the page, the estimated delivery times then appear on the product page.

How do i get the estimated delivery dates to show all the time, not just when you add a product to the cart.

This behavior might occur if you’ve selected specific shipping methods under the “Shipping Zone and Method” option in the delivery estimate settings.

Please try leaving this field empty — doing so will apply the rule to all available shipping zones and methods, allowing the delivery estimate to appear.

Where do i find this settings?

Do you mean the Estimate Delivery rules or a different setting?

I turned off the Estimate Delivery rules but still didn’t work, I have attached a screenshot of the screen, if this is wrong, please let me know what settings i need to change.
