every time I add an a new producs….problems with the uploading

Hi,I am not happy at all with this: Support for Basel – Responsive eCommerce Theme.
Every-time I am adding new products on my website, the website starts to have problems uploading. Is running “in circle” and you can not navigate or place an order which is casing me financial loses.
This problems stays for hours…The same thing when I am changing the order of the products, changing slides..etc
So, how you can fix this issues?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme. We are sorry to know you have the problems.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
