but menu is still not working it only work when we interact with screen

Please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off so we can check.

Its a live website we cannot turn off all if you can just tell as the file for mobile navigation exclude from wp rocket delay it will be easy for us to fix our issue

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

As we can see, most of the plugins are still turned on.
