Exclude some categories next to title

Hi!
How I can hide some categories next to title?
For example product have categories like: Drinks -> Alcohol -> Wine -> Italy -> Friuli and i want to show only: Italy -> Friuli

I tried to exclude with this snippet, but it hide only from meta
