Exclude specific categories from “Product categories” widget

Hi again, one more question regarding categories.
What I am trying to do is that I want to exclude some categories from the “Product categories” widget.
For example, I have created 3 categories “Phd”, “Sis”, and “Swanson” so for them I have created specific targeting from a menu, but I don’t want to show them again in this widget. Is that possible to do under this “Product categories” widget or there is some other way to solve this?
