Are you familiar with this error from Google PageSpeed Insights?

The Expect-CT header is deprecated and will be removed. Chrome requires Certificate Transparency for all publicly trusted certificates issued after April 30, 2018.

Will you change the header type for Basel at some point?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

“Had the same issue. In dev tool network tab, select one of your downloaded images and you will likely see the header present there.”

I went to the logo with dev tools. Does this come from LiteSpeed Cache plugin?

We can’t say exactly. You need to test how it works with the default theme to see if it is related to Basel or not.
