Export Complete theme customisations and import to another website

my current website is http://www.popio.in.
in past , i had made few customisations on product page , wishlist and many others …

i want to export all of them to another developer website which i m working on currently..
can u please guide me.. i dont want to export anything other than theme contents.. i just want to export only theme contents
