Extended Latin alphabet (e.g., Č, Ć, Dž, Đ, Lj, Nj, Š, Ž) not working

Hello guys,
I’m using the Woodmart theme (Pet Shop prebuilt), but my website is in Serbian/Croatian, so I need to use characters such as Č, č, Ć, ć, Đ, đ, Lj, Nj, Š, š, Ž, ž, Dž.
I noticed that the theme uses the Fredoka font, and when I type words like “Mačka” (cat), the “č” character appears visually different from the other letters.
I already tried enabling the Latin Extended option under Theme Settings → Typography, but unfortunately that didn’t help.
Could you please advise what I can do to fix this issue?
