External/Affiliate Product Insecure Content

Basically I’ve added a mailto link in the external/affiliate product but chrome blocks it due to “Insecure Content”

Is there any way I can fix that?

Also, can I replace the add to cart button but only in case of External/Affiliate product?

Also, If I use LOCO plugin to translate text, will that cause my website to become slow or have any effect on speed?
