extra products plugin not showing values

Hi im trying to make use of the extra products plugin but when im setting up fields they are not displayed in the product pages , single product page , etc but when im using yith extra products plugin the field are displayed… i tried to add woocomarece hook to the page in order to slove it but it dont solve the issue..

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
It looks like the plugin adds its custom button on the single product page using the standard WooCommerce hook. When you create a custom layout with Elementor it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with Elementor manually.
We have a special “Hook” element in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

hi i am using wp bakery and i have add the WooCommerce hook but the filed of the plugin extra products that included in this theme not showing up , but other plugin like yith extra products does displays the fields that are defiend without relaying on the your WooCommerce hook.
Could you please check if the field is displayed when the custom layout it deactivated? You can do this in Woodmart -> Layouts.

yes when Woodmart -> Layouts is deactivated the fields are showing
yith extra products and extra products plugin both are displayed but how can achieve this without disabling it ?
You need to contact plugin developers and ask for the name of the hook they use on the product page. Then, you can use our Hook element to display the plugin’s custom content using our Layouts.
