Extremely Slow “Add to Cart” Performance on My Website

I am experiencing a major performance issue on my website. Whenever I add a product to the cart, the process takes around 4–8 seconds to complete. This delay happens consistently and affects the user experience significantly.

Here are the details:

The wc-ajax=add_to_cart request has a very long “Waiting for server response” time (4+ seconds).

I have already tested with all caching disabled (including WP Rocket).

I also disabled all non-essential plugins, but the issue persists.

The slowdown appears both on the frontend and backend.

Could you please investigate this issue? It seems to be related to server performance, PHP processing, or a conflict inside WooCommerce that delays the AJAX handler.
