extremely slow loading of site and looks broken after a fresh installation

we have installed the theme on jabka.com and since the installation and 2nd clean installation (just in case) the site looks broken and is extremely slow. why is that? can you check it on your end please. thank you in advance!

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
