We are using the Vegetable demo theme of Woodmart on our website Ayurved247.com.

    Hosting Details:

    Hosting Provider: Hostinger

    Plan: Cloud Professional

Server resources are sufficient as per Hostinger dashboard

    Issue Details:
We are facing exceptionally slow performance on both:

Frontend (website loading very slow for users)

Backend (WordPress admin panel extremely slow)

Due to this performance issue, we are currently unable to expand our business and scale marketing campaigns.

    Observations:

Page load time is very high

Admin panel takes too long to load

    Product pages load slowly

Sometimes editing products takes too much time

Website performance drops even more during traffic spikes

    We need help with:

Identifying whether the issue is due to Woodmart theme settings

Optimization of theme (CSS/JS loading, performance settings)

Suggestions for best Woodmart performance configuration

Recommended server settings for smooth performance

Kindly guide us with proper steps to resolve this issue permanently.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Regards

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Also, allow us to switch between themes to see the difference.

    Thank you in advance
