Facebook & Google Login Failure

Hi Team XTemos! Hope you are doing well.

We have go through both the Woodmart theme documentations of Facebook & Google Login.
For Facebook Login: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/configure-facebook-login/
For Google Login: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/configure-google-login/

But don’t know where the settings for both are misconfigured!

What is the issue:

We are redirecting to both Facebook login as well as Google login pages but however after successfully login to respected accounts, the website redirects to “MY ACCOUNT” page And this page shows Login-Register tab. Means I am not signed in using Facebook or Google. So what we have misconfigured? Please kindly assist us with this.

Since it’s 2 days I got reply from your side without any solution & after taking too long to respond the team still asking for FTP. So please try to resolve as soon as possible. Also please explain us the problem due to which this login issue causes.

The problem is caused by custom code in the Child theme, please delete it.
