    Hi,

    I’m having the same issue as:

    I am also running Dokan, and tried your suggested fix:

    Try to update the Dokan plugin to the latest version and edit the file plugins/woodmart-core/inc/auth.php and add the following line http://prntscr.com/noeoh3

    add_filter( 'dokan_register_nonce_check', '__return_false' );

    But this hasn’t fixed the problem.

    You mention:

    We are currently working with Dokan team to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Do you have any information for us on when this issue will be fixed?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Send us your FTP access also so we can check what is wrong with the code.

    The site is live so can’t turn off the plugins.

    Can do so on the staging site, but not having any luck getting the facebook login app to work on the staging url.

    Please, provide us your LIVE website URL, admin access, FTP and also be sure that Facebook is configured there according to our documentation https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/configure-facebook-login/

    Try to add your website domain or IP to the whitelist field on Facebook. Current IP is not correct.

    The original ip address added is the live site address taken from the hosting server. I’ve added the only other ip address related to that server and tried again, but still getting errors on login with facebook

    What IP have you put there? Try to leave that field empty and check again. Also, you can use your domain name there.

    What IP have you put there before? Have you tried the domain name?

    You cannot put a domain name in there, it must be an IP address.

    Only IP addresses from the hosting. The IPv4 address that the domain is pointing to does not work here.

    I don’t think the setup on the Facebook side is the issue here, as it redirects okay back to the site and triggers a response message.

    Yes, we checked the error log when this empty screen appears and it says that IP is not whitelisted.

    okay, so I’ve added the server IP again. The only difference upon logging in is that the green bar doesn’t appear at the bottom now.

    But it is not your website IP. Ask your hosting provider for the correct IP address that corresponds to your live website domain.

    We are talking about your website IP, not the cloudflare IP. Ask your hosting provider for the correct IP address that corresponds to your live website domain.

    I have access to the hosting. I have the 2 IPs from the hosting, an IPv4 and an external IP (both above). The site is running CloudFlare, so that produces another IP. All 3 IPs are now whitelisted on the facebook app. There are no other IP addresses related to this site.

    Seems this has changed after cloudflare’s issues yesterday. I’ve added the new one now, cleared all caches, issue persists.

    We see that you have an outdated version of the theme installed. Please, update to the latest version the theme and WoodMart core plugin.
