Facebook login not working

Hello. When I try login my account with facebook it stays on the same screen when I click on the facebook button. It’s not letting user login with there facebook account.

I did all this and I’m getting a message “App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.” The app is not in development mode. I attached a photo
