Facing some technical issue on shopping cart issue + Quick Add to cart option

    Hi! I am installing Elementor Pro on my website, and when I try to add items to the cart, the design of the right sidebar gets messed up. It seems like there might be a conflict with the CSS of Elementor. Can you guide me on how to fix this issue?

    I am currently encountering an issue where, upon clicking the “Add to Cart” button without opening the product page, instead of adding the selected item to the cart, the page automatically reloads.

    I have also attached images that illustrate the specific areas where I am encountering the issue.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention two technical issues I have encountered with the current theme on our website. I believe addressing these concerns will significantly improve the overall user experience.

    Issue #1: Upon clicking the “Add to Cart” button without opening the product page, the page automatically reloads instead of adding the selected item to the cart. This behavior is unexpected and disrupts the smooth flow of the shopping process. I have attached images illustrating the specific areas where this issue occurs.

    Issue #2: I have configured the product archive page to display 50 products per page. However, after a certain period, it inexplicably reverts to displaying only 20 products. This inconsistency is not in line with our goal of providing a user-friendly website experience.

    I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues promptly. Your expertise in addressing theme-related concerns would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if any further information or access to the website is required to facilitate the troubleshooting process.

    Hello,

    1. Please enable AJAX in the Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Products.

    2. Please check Dashboard > layouts, if you have any layouts for the product archives, check the settings there.

    If the problem remains, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
