    Is there a solution to use a captcha field to register on the site?
    We receive dozens of daily registrations, fake accounts

    WoodMart theme as well as any other theme does not influence that, please try to find plugins for this purpose, some most popular plugins: Jetpack, Captcha, WordFence, etc.
