Hi there,
We bought, installed and configured Fancy Product Designer for WooCommerce, but we’re having a problem after the user finishes designing the product (in this case, a personalized t-shirt).
This is what happens: User uploads image, saves the design and clicks add to cart button. The product is added to cart but the spinner shows up over the product designer, and spins forever (it’s been like this for the last 40 minutes) and it doesn’t stop, giving a wrong indication to the user, who sees it as a “loading something” or a background task that doesn’t end.
Right now, and per Developer’s Console, the plugin is throwing the following error:
theme.min.js?ver=4.6.0:36 Uncaught ReferenceError: wc_add_to_cart_params is not defined
at Object.success (theme.min.js?ver=4.6.0:36)
at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
at x (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:4)
at XMLHttpRequest.c (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:4)
We’ve contacted the plugin authors (who pointed out the error), and they said we should contact the theme developer or change theme. The second option won’t be considered because we have a online store based on the Woodmart theme, up and running for almost two weeks now, and we won’t risk loosing customers or putting the store offline.
We have attached a printscreen with the console error output.
Can you help us with this?
Thanks,
Pedro Pina
