    Dear XTemos Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical compatibility issue between Woodmart Theme, WooCommerce, and Elementor Page Builder on a fresh WordPress installation.

    Current status:

New pages created with Elementor work perfectly.
Existing pages (created before or after the code change) still fail to load the Elementor editor.
The issue seems to be related to metadata or scripts injected by Woodmart into existing pages.
    My questions:

Is there a specific Woodmart option or filter to disable WooCommerce scripts entirely in the Elementor editor?
Are there any Woodmart-specific meta fields stored in existing pages that need to be removed or regenerated?
Could this be related to the Woodmart Core plugin? (I don’t have it activated separately, but the theme includes its functions)
I am available to provide any additional information, access to the staging site, or run specific debug scripts you may suggest.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your solution.

    Hello,

I have checked your website and tested editing the demo page with Elementor while WooCommerce is active. The Elementor editor is loading and working correctly.

    See Screenshots for clarification:

This indicates that the issue may be specific to the affected existing pages rather than a general WoodMart/WooCommerce compatibility issue.

Please provide the URLs of the specific pages where Elementor fails to load, so we can investigate those pages further.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Can you please share the FTP / CPanel login details of your site so I will check and solve the issue. The issue is not from the theme, the server erros are showing in the browser console while editing the page in Elementor: https://ibb.co/vx8QTFd4

Also, please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Best Regards.

Thank you so much for your help! 🙏

Now, regarding your request, can you please provide the server logs generated while the page is loading, so we can investigate the issue in more detail and better understand what is causing it.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

It seems that the debug log file was not attached/received with your reply.

Could you please attach the debug log file again so we can check the errors and investigate the Elementor loading issue further?

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Thank you for providing the logs from your website.

However, the issue with the Elementor editor does not appear to be related to the errors shown in these logs.

We were able to reproduce the same issue using a default WordPress theme together with a third-party plugin that adds additional widgets/elements to the Elementor editor, similar to the functionality provided by our theme. The result was the same: when Elementor starts loading the page in the editor, the server begins returning a 503 error.

This indicates that the issue is not specific to our theme and is more likely related to the server environment or the way Elementor handles the increased resource usage when additional editor elements are loaded.

    Best Regards.
