fatal Error

    Hi All,

    symptoms: Fatal crash after working on Mega menu and live and normal menu in WP/WC
    error closed down all plugins and reduced the main admin functions, theme has all the latest updates and patches installed and we got this major error.

    here is the log:

    Hello,

    Your login is not working. disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us valid admin access.

    We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Hello,

    I am unable to see the issue. Please give me the page url where the issue actually situated.
    Also, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    Hi Aizaz,

    the issue occurred when we were making the category trees. We have 900+ categegorie and are trying to make a sensible way how to make the menus and so forth.

    When we were re arranging the category trees it showed this error 2x in a row. After this we were locked out and only via the server admin we could enable back all. The WP instance defaulted back to bare bone install and disabled all the plugins. After activation it seemed to be working.

    Now we noticed with the categories and menus that this is a tidous process, We are now trying to solve it via HTML block or if you guys have some better idea how on the main page to display this sensible in the sticky menu on the left side…

    As for reproducing it a third time it did not do it as this morning for example we are working on the build and all seems ok. Same process as before…

    Hi Aiziz,

    seems now its running smooth for a few days and we did not get the same error neither the problems.
