Fatal Error in the cart and some orders disappeared

Hello, the theme warns me that there is a fatal error in the cart, in fact the orders of May 4th have completely disappeared, there are not even in the trash or in the other order tabs. I am attaching screenshots of the orders that have disappeared (luckily I had taken a photo for some notes) and of the fatal error and orders at the moment where those of May 4th are missing.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I tried with Storefront and the same thing happens
But Woo-commerce replied me with this

Please, switch to the default theme and contact them again. You can uninstall our theme completely temporarily.
Our theme is mentioned in logs because it calls WooCommerce templates files. But it is not the root of the problem if you see the same problem with Storefront.
