Fatal Error: Redux Core

Please could you help. I can not edit the theme ie the page header as I get this error….

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Please switch to the child theme and check again. If your parent theme is under 6.3.3. please make the full backup of your site and update the site. Disable and delete Redux and CMB2 plugins if you still have them, they are no more needs.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Your theme is out-to-dated. Your version is 2.6.0 and the recent version is 6.3.3. You need to update the theme.

I would recommend you arrange a staging site and install a new WordPress installation.

Install the theme and upload the demo (if you want demo) then, recreate the header in the Header builder: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/

Then recreate or migrate the footer and all the widgets area. As soon as you finish the site configuration, delete all the demos, and import-export the content from your live site.

Finally, you can add the other plugins from the live site one by one by checking the site. Please do not include the CMB2 plugin, it is no more needed. Then as soon as the site is ready you can move it to the live site.

Updating the theme in the live site would crash part of the site and you will have to recreate some parts of the site in any case.
