I receive this message for only some admin users ?
If I’m logging with admin, i didn’t receive this message.
But for others administrator users, I’m blocked

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I’m using Loco Translate and during the automatique translation of the website, Loco transforme the sentences and add some space in the texte.
The following recommended plugin is currently inactive: %1$s.

These spaces generate the error.
May be you should try to isolate this kind of error ?

Yes, %1$s and shouldn’t contain any spaces at all. It is how the WordPress translation works and we can’t change this.
