    Hi Xtemos Team,

We have a Fatal error on our site that looks to be related to the Wishlist. Can you please help?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

    Hello Xtemos Team,

I was able to copy the site over to a staging environment and test by deactivating plugins. My webhost said they’re still seeing errors and the errors are related to the theme. They also provide me with the location of the error:

    themes/woodmart/inc/integrations/woocommerce/modules/wishlist/class-ui.php on line 92

I will share login creds with you in the private content. This will be in staging environment since we need all plugins on the site to remain active. The staging environment is a copy of the production environment.

Thank you for your help with this.

    Hello,

Our developers have checked and do not see the error.

Could you kindly provide the steps to reproduce this error?

    Best Regards
