Favorites bug in the COUNT number

    Dear,

    I have a bug with the Favorites counter in the header. It shows 1 unit more than what’s really in the favorites.

    – I cleared cache everywhere (browser, WP Rocket, Cloudflare) but that doesn’t change anything.
    – I disabled the Favorites feature and re-enabled it, no difference.
    – I disabled all third-party plugins, no difference neither.

    Can you please check what’s wrong?

    On the same problem, today I opened the same website on my mobile phone (as visitor). What happened?

    Initially the Favorites counter showed (2).
    I refreshed the screen.
    The counter reached went to (0).

    Indeed, if I’m a first-time visitor, I’m supposed to see 0. Not 2.
    Are you sure there is no issue on your Favorites counter with regards to cache?

    No it doesn’t work fine, I’ve given you a video to prove that it doesn’t work fine.

    Please investigate further, your answer is not sufficient for me. I’m proving you in the video (all plulgins and cache disabled) that there is a problem.

    Create a customer account and check again, even across desktop & mobile

    Hello,

    I understood that you cleared the cache on your server but It looks more like your page is still cached. Products that are not updated on the “Wishlist” page indicate that the page is cached. Please, try to disable the “WP Rocket” plugin or find which one plugin still caches the page.

    Dear Luke,

    It seems that you are not reading what I’m saying along my ticket. I already told you previously in this ticket that I already disabled WP Rocket and ALL THIRD-PARTY PLUGINS (+ clearing cache absolutely everywhere), and the issue remained!

    Therefore, can you please cease asking me to keep disabling while that is not the issue? I already did and given you VIDEO PROOF. I gave you admin access already in the first ticket, please investigate and fix this issue in WOODMART theme.
