Feature categories demo distribution

Hi, I want to show the features categories as you do in this demo home page. I’ve seen the image sizes you use and replicate it but it does not seem to work for me, wordpress resize the thumbnail.

What else I must do?

Ok, it worked with a clean WordPress installation.
I used Duplicator plugin but seems the old site has some residual config issues
