Feature image not loading

After selecting a product on the shop page, when it loads the single product page, the featured image won’t load. Just the thumbnail images load. I then have to refresh the page in order for the feature image to fully load.
Is this a website host issue? Or an image size issue?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area so that we could check, please provide the page URL with the problem as well.
