Featured categories

Hello,
It seems there is no way to manually select which categories are shown in the “Featured Categories” section in the home page. The only thing I found was a “custom query” on the data source but I cannot edit this query.
Other options are ID, Date, Title, Menu Order & last Modified Date.
How to manually select which categories are featured?

I created this post because I didn’t want to invade into the other guy’s post.
Sorry.
So, It would be nice if you could manually short them or be shorted by how they added on the box. The shorting thing is a bit weird.

Is there any other way to short them?

If you use the “Product categories” element for showing categories on some pages and you want to show only specific categories by using that element, you can do that via the “Categories” field only:https://monosnap.com/file/wfMFIYvmgzTq3jUe5Ko3bJei7RGHpi

If you want to show some specific categories in the Page title (https://take.ms/1SC0t), you can exclude categories that you do not want to show in Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Page title: https://take.ms/XH7ub

I am talking about the “Featured Categories” on the home page. I have set them as the attached. But I might want tο put anything else on the left other than “Co-ord sets” I cannot. It messes all others too.

I cleared all to make a test.

Then I insert two categories, first “co-ord” and then “new arrivals” or first “new arrivals” and then “co-ord”. Whichever I put first only “co-ord” appears on the left.
