Featured Video Plugin Issue

Hi guys,

can you help us configuring this plugin: http://woovideo.createit.pl/product/hartgrove/

The only option that is working right now is the popup button. But we want to have the option to put a featured video instead of image if it’s possible. Since the gallery classes are custom we are not able to do that. I’ve tried to change some classes with the default one but with no result at the moment.

Also I saw that they use the Woo Flexslider plugin: https://woocommerce.com/flexslider/

How do you think can we make the plugin compatible easily?

Thank you for your question.

As far as you can see in our theme we have implemented our own type of products carousel and lightbox (when you click on the main image). And it is natural that some additional plugins that do the same thing may be broken because they are not adapted to our theme. And due to this fact, we can’t say exactly how you can make this plugin compatible easily with our theme. Probably you will need to perform some additional work removing our theme native gallery and replacing it with this one. Or try to integrate video button inside our current gallery. Anyway, it is out of our support scope and can be achieved only by additional customization.
